- All prices for products and services are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
- Pricing may vary based on factors such as product availability, location, and customization requirements.
- Taxes, shipping, and handling fees are not included in the listed prices and will be calculated at checkout.

3. Message Frequency
By opting in to receive SMS or email communications from SolarTec, you agree to the following:
- Transactional messages will be sent as needed to provide updates on orders, appointments, and services.
- Promotional messages, including special offers and discounts, will be sent no more than 4 times per month.

8. Scope of Services
SolarTec offers the following services:
- Off-grid and grid-tied solar system design, consultation, and installation.
- Product sales, including solar panels, inverters, and battery systems.
- Maintenance packages for installed systems.
- Emergency power solutions.

All services are subject to availability and may vary based on the Customer's location and compliance with local regulations.

9. Order and Delivery
- Orders for products are placed directly with SolarTec and are subject to manufacturer availability.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to supply chain disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances.
- SolarTec is not liable for delays caused by manufacturers, shipping carriers, or other third parties.

10. Installation and Maintenance
- Installation services are provided by SolarTec or its authorized contractors.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the installation site complies with local building codes and regulations.
- Maintenance packages are optional and must be purchased separately.
- SolarTec provides a 3-year labor guarantee on installations, subject to proper system usage.

11. Warranties
- Product warranties are provided by the manufacturers and vary by product type.
- SolarTec offers a 10-year warranty on Briggs & Stratton generators and a 3-year labor guarantee on installations.
- Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and within the warranty period.

12. Limitation of Liability
- SolarTec is not liable for damages resulting from:
- Misuse or improper maintenance of products.
- Delays caused by third-party suppliers or contractors.
- Events beyond SolarTec's reasonable control, including natural disasters or acts of God.
- SolarTec's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the specific product or service in question.

13. Returns and Refunds
- Returns are accepted for unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase, subject to a restocking fee.
- Refunds for services are not available once work has commenced.
- Custom or special-order products are non-refundable.

14. Intellectual Property
- All content on SolarTec's website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of SolarTec or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
- Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or use SolarTec's content without prior written consent.

15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Morgan County, Tennessee.

16. Changes to Terms and Conditions
SolarTec reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
